In grooved piping systems, the connection between the grooved pipe ends is ensured by pipe couplings. Water-tight sealing is provided by a rubber gasket placed between the two coupling housings, while the housings are secured by tightening two fixing bolts. Depending on their type, couplings can be either rigid or flexible (also known as axial movement–tolerant couplings), allowing for limited pipe movement. Push-on couplings offer extremely fast installation. With these, there is no need to disassemble the coupling; the grooved pipe ends simply need to be carefully inserted up to the gasket, and the joint is secured by tightening the two fixing bolts. Regarding pipe routing, fittings used for direction changes and branching have been divided into different product groups. In addition, we also supply end caps, flanged and threaded adapters, reducers, and valves. The size range of these products typically covers pipe dimensions from DN25 to DN300 (1”–12”).
